Please, and I mean PLEASE, use the report button when people aren't doing the right thing. It makes it so much easier for Administrators and Super Administrators to deal with the situation. Instead of you modding a last reply in a post (when you are not a moderator) and admins/mods not realising the situation at hand. Some of the time, we won't see the rule breaker because we don't want to search every thread just to make sure people are doing the right thing.
The report button is THE MOST USEFUL property for any regular user to help keep the place maintained. Try adding a reason as well, to show what they have done, as we may not understand what you are reporting exactly. Giving reasons will also help us understand that you are not just misusing the report button
