Super Mod

I decided to make Kitteh a Super Moderator, for sticking around and for constantly staying with the community. He appears more active than the system admins himself.

If you are wondering what the difference between a super mod and a mod is. A moderator just over views the forums, can remove, warn, report to admins and s mods of members and their misbehaviour.
Where as Super Mods are like mini administrators without the access of data and website tweaking.
So yes they can ban members. Just keeps system admins a bit more free from having to do everything.
